Ryan is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to every client interaction. At the heart of Ryan's life is his beautiful family. He has been married to the wonderful Kourtney since October of 2021, and he is a proud father to his two sons, Wesley who was born June 2022, and Tripp, who was born in February 2025. Their family is completed by the delightful presence of Dale, their lovable Yorkshire Terrier and Wesley's best friend.
Debbie is married to Dave Nelson, with three active children. Her daughters, Tara and Brittney, are math teachers and high school varsity volleyball and basketball coaches, respectively, in Austin, Texas. Her son Ryan is a former basketball player and her real estate partner at DOBI. They are an athletic family! Debbie played basketball at Wayne State University on a scholarship. For 26 years, she owned Michigan Funding Services Inc., an equipment leasing company.
